Here we go: the Vodafone Customer Service and TOBi comes on Whatsapp. Vodafone Italia is one of the first companies in Europe to offer assistance to its customers through the well-known messaging app. From today our customers will be able to interact with TOBi and with our customer service consultants via the Whatsapp app. To use TOBi simply go to tobi.it/whatsapp or send a Whatsapp message to TOBi number +39 349 9 190 190. TOBi on Whatsapp will be launched today in version beta and will initially be available to 50,000 customers.
With Whatsapp, TOBi extends its presence across seven channels, from website to app, from Alexa a Facebook Messenger. Behind this innovation there is not only the opening of a new messaging channel but a profound transformation of the operating model and the service model.
